Bupa Wins Multiple Industry Awards in Recognition of its
Commitment to Product and Service Excellence
Bupa is delighted to announce four awards received in June 2020 at the Financial Institution Awards presented by Bloomberg Businessweek/ Chinese Edition, and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Insurance Award by Metro Finance, highlighting the company’s commitment to customer excellence, product diversity, and high-quality and innovative services.
Bupa attained the highest honour at the Bloomberg Financial Institution Awards 2020, receiving the “Excellence” prize in three categories for the third consecutive year: “Health and Protection”, “Claims Management” and “High Net Worth Insurance Service”. Acknowledging companies with innovative and diversified contributions in Hong Kong, Bloomberg Businessweek Financial Institution Awards 2020 is judged by a panel of economists, scholars, financial analysts, Legislative Councillors and the Bloomberg Businessweek/ Chinese editorial board.
The Metro Finance GBA Insurance Award 2020 – Hong Kong Region awarded Bupa the Outstanding Medical Insurance award for the second consecutive year since its launch in 2019. The GBA Insurance Award aims to encourage and promote the highest level of professionalism by recognising the outstanding performance of insurance institutions. The judging panel includes scholars, government officials, Legislative Councillors and industry professionals.
