Offer is available to an existing permanent or fixed-term contract employee of Bupa International Limited, Bupa (Asia) Limited or Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited and employee’s family member (parents, parents-in-laws, spouse, children, grandparents, grandparents-in-laws and siblings only). Employees who have completed less than 5 years of service will be offered a discount of 20% for purchasing any Bupa individual products. 30% discount will be offered to employees who have completed 5 years of service
For insured person aged 18 or above only, subject to terms and conditions. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions for details.
Except the aggregate benefit limit in relation to organ transplant surgery. Coverage for Non-Emergency Treatment in Global Prestige VHIS Plan (Signature) varies according to the Insured Person’s duration of stay in the United States prior to receiving the treatment. Please refer to the Policy for details. Worldwide medical coverage is subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

Full cover is only applicable to eligible expenses and subject to the annual benefit limit and deductible set out in the Summary of Benefits. If you receive treatment at designated private hospitals in Hong Kong, you can enjoy cashless service for the following items: items (a) - (j) listed under 1) Basic Benefits and items (a), (b) and (d) listed under 2) Enhanced Benefits in the Summary of Benefits for the Certified Plan. For overseas hospitalisation, you can enjoy cashless service by calling Bupa to make the necessary arrangements. You need to follow the required procedures to enjoy cashless service. If you’ve enrolled in the optional Clinical Benefit, you can also enjoy cashless service at Bupa appointed clinics for covered clinical benefits. This plan offers a flat premium for customers within specific age groups up to 69 years old. Your premiums may be adjusted due to medical inflation or other factors.
To enjoy the referral rewards, the referee must successfully enrol in any Bupa individual insurance scheme with first year's net annual premium or subscription over HK$3,000 through a Bupa Health Management Consultant. Terms and conditions apply.
